A single membership covers all individuals residing at the primary address listed on the application.
Members of the household are entitled to the same free services and member discounts, subject to program availability.
The Annual Household Membership is billed at $149 USD every 12 months. The Monthly Household Membership is billed at $13.99 USD every month.
The initial charge is processed when the application is submitted. There is no trial period and no setup fee.
Memberships automatically renew until canceled. Renewal charges are processed through the connected secure payment processor.
Members must verify their identity and address by bringing a valid photo ID and proof of address to the Madda Walabu Seattle office, unless verification has already been completed.
